Croeso i Gronfa Gymunedol Pen y Cymoedd

Sefydlwyd y Gronfa gan gwmni ynni Vattenfall er budd y cymunedau hynny sydd yn gartref i’w fferm ynni gwynt ar draws blaenau cymoedd Nedd, Afan, Rhondda a Chynon.

Mae gan y gronfa gyllideb flynyddol o £1.8 miliwn y flwyddyn yn gysylltiedig â mynegai, ac wrth i fynegai cysylltiedig olygu ei bod ynghlwm wrth gyfradd chwyddiant, mae’n tyfu bob blwyddyn ac yn 2024 roedd yn £2.4 miliwn. Mae’r gronfa yn cynnig cyfle anhygoel i bobl leol fuddsoddi ynddynt eu hunain a’u syniadau – gan adeiladu ar bopeth sydd orau yn eu cymunedau. Ewch i’r tudalennau ‘Gwneud Cais am Gyllid’ i gael gwybod mwy.

Rheolir y Gronfa gan Gwmni di-elw er Budd Cymunedol sydd yn atebol yn lleol ac yn gwbl annibynnol. Mae gan y Cwmni wyth cyfarwyddwr a thîm o 3 aelod o staff – pob un â chysylltiadau lleol sydd yn meddu ar flynyddoedd o brofiad mewn gwaith cynnal cymunedau. Rydym yma i helpu! Gallwch ddarllen mwy amdanom ni fan hyn.

Rydym yn gobeithio y dewch o hyd i’r rhan fwyaf o’ch cwestiynau ar y wefan, ond os na, tarwch nodyn atom ni enquiries@penycymoeddcic.cymru neu ffoniwch 01685 878785. Byddwn yn falch iawn o glywed gennych chi.

Lawrlwythiadau

Mae llawer o ddogfennau defnyddiol ar ein tudalennau Lawrlwytho a Chanllawiau a Chysylltiadau – dogfennau megis canllawiau, fersiwn hawdd ei ddarllen o’n Prosbectws, manylion o grantiau a roddwyd, astudiaethau achos, ein polisïau a dyddiadau ar gyfer ein sesiynau galw-mewn.

Ardal y Gronfa

Yn gyffredinol, y cymunedau sy’n gymwys i gael cymorth yw’r rhai yn rhannau uchaf cymoedd Nedd, Afan, Rhondda a Chynon. Mae’r trefi a’r pentrefi sydd wedi’u cynnwys yn ardal y Gronfa wedi’u rhestru yma. Os ydych yn ansicr a yw eich sefydliad neu syniadau am gynnig yn dod o fewn yr ardal, cysylltwch â ni. Mae’n bosibl i ymgeiswyr fod wedi’u lleoli y tu allan i’r ardal, ond mae’n rhaid i’r gweithgaredd neu’r prosiect arfaethedig gynnwys cymunedau oddi mewn iddi, a bod o fudd uniongyrchol iddynt.

Beth yw blaenoriaethau’r Gronfa?

Datblygwyd Prosbectws y Gronfa yn dilyn ymgynghoriad eang yn lleol. Mae’n rhoi i ni fframwaith cychwynnol, a bydd yn cael ei ddiweddaru o bryd i’w gilydd. Dymunwn gefnogi syniadau arloesol, datblygiad sgiliau, hyfforddiant a menter ac rydym yn awyddus i glywed ac i drafod eich syniadau chi.
