Abercwmboi RFC is a community club which consists of two senior men’s teams, a senior lady’s team, a veteran’s team, a youth team and a mini and junior section comprising of ten teams as well as a walking football and a walking rugby team which promotes fitness and wellbeing within the older communities.
They have a large, modern clubhouse that is used regularly by a variety of external community clubs and groups. We are supporting them to upgrade all lighting in the club to LED and upgrade their heating system. These improvements will not only make the club a nicer place for members and community but help the club reduce it’s energy use and environmental impact.
