NEW TRAINING EQUIPMENT

£5,000 – MICRO FUND – FEB 2017

The application demonstrated a very well-used community facility – the committee there is continually striving to improve what’s offered and attract more users. The Team has achieved a huge amount on limited resources. The grant offered was to support the purchase of a range of equipment to benefit a high number of regular users –the group were looking at reconditioned as well as new equipment to make the best use of any grant award.

“The Abergorki Community Hall’s trustees and membership are extremely pleased and grateful to the Pen y Cymoedd Wind Farm Community Fund for the grant provided. It has made a significant difference to our facilities. The Abergorki Community Hall has a membership of over 750 men, women and children and all these people benefit from these projects and grants as they help to improve the Hall’s facilities and the community’s health.” Quote from Kenneth Richard – Abergorki Community Hall.
