What makes this different?
Weโ€™re proud to be one of the largest place-based funds in Wales, but we know the real story isnโ€™t in the numbersโ€”itโ€™s in the people, partnerships and changes that take time.
We want to understand:
โ€ข Whatโ€™s really changed across our communities?
โ€ข How have we worked, not just what weโ€™ve funded?
โ€ข Whatโ€™s the legacyโ€”and whatโ€™s still to come?
We recognise that a full-scale impact evaluation isnโ€™t feasible within this budget or timeframeโ€”and thatโ€™s OK. We’re interested in thoughtful, feasible approaches that generate insight, build capacity, and spark action.
We encourage imaginative formats for outputsโ€”beyond written reports. This might include video, storytelling, participatory methods or creative visualisation. Weโ€™re particularly keen on approaches that make findings useful to our Board and engaging for local communities.

Could this be you?
Weโ€™re looking for someone who:
โ€ข Has strong evaluation expertise and community development experience
โ€ข Brings a flair for creative communication and participatory methods
โ€ข Is comfortable co-producing work and embedding learning in real time
โ€ข Can bring out the voices and experiences of people living and working in our area
